the business, ad account, Page or Instagram account the request is about (name and ID if you have it);
your name and how you are connected to that business, so the request can be verified.
You will get a confirmation email with a reference number.
What is deleted, and when
Within 30 days of a verified request, Ditto deletes:
the stored IDs and names of the ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and pixels concerned;
launch records, drafts, presets and logs that relate to them;
staged media files that relate to them;
any access token that was used only for them.
A confirmation email is sent when the deletion is complete.
What is not deleted by Ditto
Ads, ad sets, campaigns and creatives created in Meta belong to the advertiser's ad account. Ditto does not delete them; the advertiser can manage or delete them in Meta Ads Manager.
Removing access yourself
You can stop all access at any time without contacting anyone:
In Meta Business Settings → Partners, remove the operator's business, or in Users → System users, remove its access to your assets.
Only if you gave access by logging in to Ditto with your own Facebook account (not by partner sharing): also remove the Ditto app in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app does not end partner sharing.
After access is removed, Ditto can no longer read or create anything in your accounts. Removing access does not by itself delete what Ditto already stores; to have that deleted too, send the request described above.
